This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges to ensure a smooth experience for our valued customers.

Refund Eligibility

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Quality Guarantee

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred for returning the item.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at returns@farmsckirns.com or call +44 088 006 6996 to notify us of your return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely, including the RMA number and your order information.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned because it is defective, damaged, or not as described. In these cases, FarmSCKirns will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be included only if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or for any other reason, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

International Returns

For international returns, please note that you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return shipment. These amounts are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the same process as for returns, but indicate in your communication that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken (unless defective)
  • Items that are marked as non-returnable due to health or hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Special Circumstances

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • Contact our Customer Service team if you've done the above and still haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can process a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure to receive a refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically for changes.
