The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned because it is defective, damaged, or not as described. In these cases, FarmSCKirns will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be included only if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or for any other reason, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For international returns, please note that you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return shipment. These amounts are non-refundable.
If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the same process as for returns, but indicate in your communication that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
